Online Submissions Questions
Question: I clicked the submission link and got an error message indicating that my “browser does not accept cookies.”
Answer: If you are using a non-personal computer, please check with the appropriate person before doing the steps mentioned below.
If you are using your personal computer, do the following to reset your Internet Options default: For Explorer go to Tools->Internet Options->Privacy tab. On the tab, change the level from Low to Medium, then press Apply before you press OK. Before you try to access the online submission forms, go back to our website and Refresh your browser.
Be sure to set the browser back when you're finished if you are successful.
Question: If I submit a request online through your Internet site, should I send a hard copy as well?
Answer: Not unless you are specifically requested to do so. Sending a duplicate request may cause delays in processing.
Question: If I submit my request to you on the Internet, will it be reviewed quicker than if I send it through the mail?
Answer: All requests are reviewed in the order in which they are received. No priority is given to requests that are submitted electronically over those that are received through the mail or via fax.
Question: What is a login?
Answer: When you fill out an Inquiry or Pre-Proposal online, you will be asked to supply an e-mail address and password. This will create your account login page. The account login page is used to continue working on an Inquiry or Pre-Proposal you have started, saved, but not yet submitted.
Question: I filled out an Inquiry or Pre-Proposal, saved it, and when I tried to return to it to finish and submit it, the form was blank. Is the information lost?
Answer: No. In most cases this is the result of clicking on a program link and starting a new application. Instead, close your browser (if it's is still open), return to the Christensen Fund website application page and click on the link to go to your Account Login Page. Log in with your e-mail address and password and click the link to your Inquiry or Pre- Proposal.
Question: I submitted a Pre-Proposal and wanted to make edits to it. How do I do this?
Answer: Once you have completed an application and submitted it, we do not recommend making edits at this stage. You will have the opportunity to modify information if you are invited to submit a full proposal at a later time.
